Very crafty

Pitchbook concept for a major commercial, residential and retail development in Franklin, TN (a suburb of Nashville). The challenge was to set the new project apart from the typically bland, streamlined feel of most commercial developments. The developer wanted to cultivate an aesthetic that would attract local, craft-oriented businesses as well as larger chains that have a more bespoke appeal, such as Anthropology and Urban Outfitters. The official name had yet to be chosen, so I designed a temporary “logo” for the cover. Ultimately, a more neutral design approach was chosen. Photography was provided.
